The GIANT FID is a must for your home gym. The built-in adjustment ladder lets you angle the bench from -15 to 85 degrees to lock-in that desired angle for your next workout. NEW* Laser cut numbers along the adjustment ladder for easy referencing. The rubber-padded feet help protect your floor from metal to concrete contact.
Like our other benches, it is equipped with a pair of wheels and NEW* knurled handle to roll the bench around your workout area. The grip padding features an upgrade to prevent you from sliding around the bench.
