The Giant Freestanding Landmine doubles as a battle rope anchor and a landmine press. This attachment also is able to be bolted into the ground with the appropriate hardware.
This landmine works with standard barbells with 50" sleeves and is able to be tightened down with a spin locking adaptor for less movement during your workout. Landmine presses have proven to help strengthen shoulders, obliques, core, etc. Add this new weapon to your arsenal.
