The Giant Lifting Spotter Arms are here to back you up when you’re lifting beyond the rack. Simply adjust them to the perfect height for your lift, and you’re good to go. We’ve added uhmw padding wherever your barbell might touch, keeping things smooth and safe. These spotter arms are built tough—because you deserve gear that’s as strong as you are!
These spotter arms, built with 11 and 7-gauge steel, add protection to your barbell. Lift with confidence and safety. The full length of the spotter arms is 27.25 inches. However, the portion where the barbell rests is 23.75 inches.

*Use of this product outside of a power rack requires the lifter to bolt down or secure their rack with front foot stabilizers.
